We are accredited to provide the full range of hearing services to eligible pensioners, veterans and DVA cardholders as part of the Commonwealth Hearing Services Program at no cost to the patient.

What's included?

A Hearing Services voucher is required to provide these services. The services available through this program include:

  • FREE comprehensive hearing evaluation

  • FREE hearing aids or assistive listening devices

  • Subsidised advanced digital hearing aids

  • Hearing aid maintenance for a small annual charge

  • Regular hearing checks to monitor any changes in hearing

  • Rehabilitation workshop to improve communication skills

Who is eligible?

You are eligible to apply for a hearing services voucher if you are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident, over 21 years of age and you are either a:

  • Pensioner concession card holders

  • Resident receiving sickness allowance from Centrelink

  • DVA Health Card holder

  • Members of the Australian Defence Forces

  • or, Dependent of a person in one of the above categories

How to apply for a Hearing Services Voucher

Simply call us to book your initial assessment and we will arrange all the paperwork for you.  Remember to bring your pernsion/DVA card with you to the appointment.  A hearing services voucher will be issued online and your hearing assessment can then be performed then and there.
